Two secure tenants for The Electric Press | Yorkshire Property News

Two new tenants have been found for The Electric Press in Leeds city center.

Savills, together with Pudney Shuttleworth, on behalf of DTZ Investors, secured the Whistle Punks restaurant and competitive socializing brand and Baby Doll restaurant and bar for the site.

Whistle Punks, a specialist in urban ax throwing, has signed a new ten-year lease for a 7,275 m² site, which will become the brand’s fifth site, joining sites already open in London, Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.

Baby Doll will also open at The Electric Press, DJ Tom Zanetti’s new restaurant / bar concept to complement the existing Doll House located on Call Lane. Baby Doll took a 4,745 square foot unit, also on a ten year lease.

Josh Howe, Managing Partner of Savills Retail, said: “The Electric Press is one of Leeds’ premier leisure destinations, home to a selection of top quality bars and restaurants. Whistle Punks and Baby Doll will add two more high-quality destinations to the program and we look forward to welcoming them in due course. “

The Electric Press occupies the south side of Millennium Square in the heart of Leeds city center and is home to a range of bars and restaurants.
