Now you can get a list of the best holiday lights in the HV

What’s your favorite part of the holiday season? The food? Gifts? How about the wonderful holiday light shows? It seems everyone enjoys walking around the neighborhoods and villages of the Hudson Valley watching the festive holiday lights. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a list that could tell you where to go to see the best lights? In fact, there is.

The Hudson Valley Leisure Services Association has partnered with local parks and Hudson Valley Recreation Services to create the Light it Up Hudson Valley List. This list of lights will map homes, businesses and organizations in the Hudson Valley that have put up festive light displays for the holidays. The list of lights will be available from December 11 to January 2. Like having a map of the stars’ homes in Hollywood. Only more festive and much closer to home.

If you happen to have what you think is one of the best light displays in the Hudson Valley, or if you think your neighborhood is the best when it comes to Christmas lights, you can actually sign up. on the Light it Up Hudson Valley list. It’s free and easy to get on the list. All you have to do is register here. But make sure you have these decorations by December 11, and plan to keep them until January 2.
