Alleged racial threats and Meth Stash lead to charges against Olean Man
A Cattaraugus County man is under arrest following an investigation into an alleged racial incident that took place in July 2022.
Police say members of the New York State Police were called July 31, 2022 to a location on Andrews Street in Olean, New York, after receiving a call about alleged harassment there. down.
In a written statement, the NYSP says the results of their preliminary investigation have determined that the suspect, identified as Sean A. Tucker, 35, of Olean, New York, “made racially-based threats to cause bodily harm to the plaintiff”.
A warrant was issued and police say Tucker was arrested on Monday, August 1, 2022. At the time of the arrest, approximately 0.53 grams of methamphetamine was in Tucker’s possession.
Tucker faces the following charges:
– Aggravated Second Degree Harassment
– Criminal possession of a seventh degree controlled substance
After his arraignment, Tucker was released on his own recognizance. He is due to answer the charges in court later this month (August 2022).
